Florra ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through shopflorra.com (the "Site") and our in-store experiences, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, when you create an account, make a purchase, book a Scent Bar reservation, or sign up for our newsletter.
- Purchase and reservation history, including custom fragrance formulas we keep on file for reorders.
- Scent Quiz responses, which we use to recommend a fragrance foundation and may also use, in aggregate, to inform future products and marketing campaigns.
- Payment information, processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or Square. Florra does not store your full payment card details.
- Automatically collected information, such as browsing behavior on our Site, through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, used for site performance and advertising.
How We Use Your Information
- Fulfill orders and reservations, and keep your custom formulas on file for reorders
- Communicate with you about your orders, appointments, or inquiries
- Send marketing emails via Mailchimp, if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve our Site, products, and customer experience
- Run advertising and analyze Site performance through Google Analytics and Meta
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including our website platform, payment processors (Shopify Payments, Square), our email marketing platform (Mailchimp), and analytics/advertising providers (Google, Meta). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to Florra.
Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (which may include the use of the analytics/advertising cookies described above). Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, including keeping your fragrance formula on file for future reorders, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Children's Privacy
Florra does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Scent Bar experience welcomes guests 11 and up, accompanied by a parent or guardian, and any information collected for a minor's visit is provided and managed by their accompanying adult.
