Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Mondays and national holidays, when our team is closed).
Shipping Method
We ship via USPS, with rates calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free.
Because our fragrances are alcohol-based, they're classified as a flammable liquid — which means they can only travel by ground transportation, never by air. This is a shipping-industry requirement, not a Florra policy, and it's why we're not able to offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including P.O. boxes. Due to the same alcohol-content restriction, we're unable to ship to APO/FPO/military addresses or internationally.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Florra is not responsible for loss or theft. If this happens to you, please reach out — we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
